PSAA Facility & Solar System

Designed and implemented a solar-powered water distribution center combining advanced pumping and storage technology. Project highlights:

  • Installation of 3 submersible solar pumps capable of lifting water from 80–100 m depth.

  • Construction of two 50 m³ stainless steel overhead tanks with automated float control.

  • Integration of distribution pipelines and stand posts for community access.

  • Solar PV system sized at 4.8 kW with battery backup for continuous operation.

The facility provides 24/7 access to clean water for over 2,500 residents, using a fully sustainable and low-maintenance system.

 

Water Supply System 

Location: Mali, Maputo

Client: Águas da Região Metropolitana de Maputo (ADRM)

Executed the laying of 14 km of DN 400 steel and AC pipelines for a regional water distribution network. Key technical highlights:

  • Installation of DN 400 non-return valves, air release valves, and pressure testing points.

  • Deployment of 2 elevated storage tanks of 75 m³ each.

  • Hydraulic testing and disinfection ensured compliance with Mozambique water quality standards.

The project improved water flow efficiency and system protection, providing safe water to an estimated 10,000 residents.

Manual Pump Installation: CARE 

Location: Namapa, Nampula

Client: CARE

Constructed a manual hand pump platform to provide reliable access to clean water in a rural community. Scope included:

  • Site preparation and foundation construction for stability.

  • Installation of India Mark II hand pump and supporting accessories.

  • Training of local community members in pump operation, maintenance, and basic repairs.

The solution delivers up to 1,500 liters of water per day, supporting over 300 households in the area.
